Information map

The map serves for basic orientation in Prague. It contains layers for address points, streets, buildings, administrative subdivisions, land registry areas, city boroughs and orthological aerial photographs. It enables searching for and localizing official addresses in the territory of Prague and also provides information about which individual territorial and statistical units the addresses relate to. In the case of addresses of important buildings, basic cultural and historical information is also attached.

Environmental atlas

The Prague environment atlas contains thematic map headings arranged in the categories of air, landscape, water, noise and waste. The thematic maps have been created and updated on the basis of data on the quality of the environment gathered through initiatives of the City of Prague or adopted from other institutions (e.g. the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute - ČHMÚ).

Cycle paths



The map shows the routes of individual cycle paths in the territory of Prague including where relevant their continuation into the surrounding area. Along with a graphic depiction of the cycle paths, it also contains a basic description of individual paths, their elevation profile and other related information. 

Aerial photography maps



Access is provided to an aerial photography map indicating the flooded areas in Prague, which was created on the basis of aerial photographs of the lands around the Vltava River on 14 August 2002. It is also possible to display the actual maximum flood line, the depth chart of the Vltava during flooding and flood lines calculated according to the individual stages of flood activity.

2002 floods

The application contains aerial photography maps dating from 1938 to the present day, which enable users to compare the individual periods of development of Prague. Also accessible is the navigation system used in the Information Map, which facilitates orientation in the relevant aerial photography maps.

Buildings of the Municipal Authorities of Prague

This map makes it possible to locate individual buildings serving the needs of the Municipal Authorities of the City of Prague (MHMP) and to display information about their addresses and the departments of MHMP located in the buildings. It is also possible to locate a building on the map by entering an address or by selecting the relevant department from the tables of the buildings and departments included.
This application is undergoing innovation and is not at present accessible.

Anti-drug facilities in Prague

This application can be used to find facilities providing assistance in various forms of drug dependence. It makes it possible to find and locate facilities by title, administration district, area of prevention and area of activity. The prevention area of each facility is shown by its graphic representation on the map. The icon representing each facility is a cursor-sensitive point. When the cursor comes close to the icon, brief information about that facility is displayed, and a mouse click on the icon displays the visiting card of that facility with further details.

Tourist map of Prague



Depending on the format chosen (block map, aerial photo or combined map), the Beta version of the map displays important sites of tourist interest contained in the database of the Prague Information Service and cycle paths. The current version makes it possible to find addresses and monuments, to locate them on the map and to acquire information from the Prague Information Service website.
