Urban Planning

The City Development Authority Prague processes city-wide urban planning documentations - Planning Analytical Materials of the Region and Municipality (hereafter UAP), Development Principles of the City of Prague (ZUR) and the Land Use Plan of the City of Prague (ÚPn). The procurer of the documentations is the Department of Land Use Planning of the Prague City Hall.

    přejít Procuring and processing Planning Analytical Materials of the Region and Municipality (hereafter UAP), Development Principles of the City of Prague (ZUR) and the Land Use Plan of the City of Prague (ÚPn) act in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll. from 14 March, 2006, on Town and Country Planning and Building Regulations (the Building Act) and Decree No. 500/2006 Coll. on planning analytical materials, urban planning documentation and the method of recording urban planning activity, which modify in more detail requirements of the content of planning analytical materials, content of urban planning documentation (such as ZUR and ÚPn), including requirements for documents related to acquiring and assessing the effects on the sustainable development of the territory and the maintenance of urban planning documentation, and materials for recording urban planning activity.
  • Planning Analytical Materials of the City of Prague

    přejít Planning Analytical Materials of the City of Prague (UAP) are prepared on the basis of Prague City Council Resolution No. 373 of 20 March 2007. The Prague Municipal Assembly addressed the final update by Resolution No. 5/15 on 31 March 2011. This concerns urban planning material according to the Building Act No. 183/2006 Coll. submitting materials for analysis and analysis of the status and development of individual thematic areas and assessment of the balance of the relationship among pillars of developmental sustainability.
  • Principles of Territorial Development of the City of Prague (PTD)

    přejít The first Development Principles of the City of Prague (ZUR) were issued by Prague Municipal Assembly Resolution No. 32/59 on 17 December 2009 in the form of General Administrative Measure No. 8/2009. Development principles are a new form of urban planning documentation for the territory of a region, procured according to Act No. 183/2006 Coll. (the Building Act) and its executing Decree No. 500/2006 Coll.
  • The Land Use Plan of the City of Prague

    přejít The Land Use Plan of the City of Prague (ÚP SÚ HMP) was approved by Prague Municipal Assembly Resolution No. 10/05 on 9 September, 1999. The binding part of the land use plan is determined by the generally binding Prague City Decree No. 32/1999 Coll.Prague City Decree No. 32/1999 Coll., on the Binding Part of the Land Use Plan of the City of Prague, approved by the Council of Prague Municipal Assembly Resolution No. 1156 on 26 October, 1999, in effect from 1 January 2000, updated by subsequent decree of the City of Prague and general administrative measures.
  • New Land Use Plan

    přejít Because the new Building Act came in effect in 2007, and with regard to the fact that new land use plans have long been procured in Prague in roughly 10-year cycles, and because change has occurred in Prague in the last 10 years in terms of the perspective of many locations, the Prague Municipal Assembly decided on 31 May, 2007 by Resolution No. 7/1 that it will procure within law No. 183/2006 a new Land Use Plan of the City of Prague.
